Hangover Cherry

Been playing around with starbursts. Trying to figure out the perfect way of making starbursts in Photoshop and I did find it. Just make it in Illustrator and import.

Well its basically the blood shot red eyes you get after you wake up after a night full of booze. Though I was drunk only once I know the feeling.
